NXTZ got it oh so good...

OK peeps...last week NXTZ (me) was lucky enough to be invited to Island Lake Lodge for a 4 day riding extravaganza!  The reason for this said trip may be under wraps, but I'll let a bit of the cat out of the sack here....  Check the group out and see if you can connect the dots as to why I was riding pow for 4 days with some of my best friends from the past and new friends I just made.....

Jake Blauvelt- Current Ride Team rider and SUPER RIPPER!!

Crispin Cannon- Photographer and originator of KING SNOW snowboard magazine!
Greg Martin- Professional Cinematographer.
Mike Peterson- Denver based photographer.

*guest appearance- Mark Gallup- owner of The Guides Hut in Fernie B.C. and one of the best senior photographers to ever grace the Earths' Mountains!
** in true Old School Ride form was Russell Windfield..who for some reason just couldn't quit make it to Island Lake Lodge...some things never change..but Russ was there is spirit and we all missed his presence!

So with this group I can say we lit up the stage!  4 days of epic pow, epic food, epic late night entertainment and a whole lot of other stuff mixed in...I would safely say we killed it!  Kudos to Scott Mavis and all the fine people who helped arrange this epic trip! POWDER TO THE PEOPLE!
